HagFreeAll - Main Functions - Hag GUI for Cobra

Procedure HagFreeAll()

Frees all themes, forms, and tile caches and writes the performance log.

If any errors were logged, hag will create a message box with the contents: "Notice: Warnings/errors were logged by hag."

This should be the very last command you call before your program exists.
